3 New ports and 1 update for Haiku OS

Today i'm releasing another pack of ports and one update for almost finished and final StreaK's CLI Love version.

Oragir:
Oragir project implements an alternative multipltform client for LiveJournal web-based service. You can download your entire blog and backup it on the hard disk. Oragir also provides WYSIWYG html editor for writing new and editing existing blog entries.

WebIssues:
WebIssues is an open source, multi-platform system for issue tracking and team collaboration. It can be used to store, share and track issues with various attributes, comments and file attachments. It is easy to install and use but has many capabilities and is highly customizable.

TransferMe:
Simple Transferiing Files utility. Works best in LAN.
