New app - Die! - Stubborn App Killer for Haiku OS

Another Haiku-only app created by me. This time it's "real killer" :D. Its stubborn / Zombie application killer simply called "Die!". This app can kill all processes that ProcessController couldnt kill. Its of course user friendly. It should be released soon..
