Hugen-O-Tron - Haiku-Only small schedule haiku tasts

"Necessity is the mother of invention" they say :D, and in this way "Hugen-O-Tron" pop ups. Firstly in my mind, secondly on Haiku :D. 

"Hugen-O-Tron" is a simple schedule task runner similar to Gnome-Schedule, but it not using any external apps like CRON and its not that advanced [yet]. Actual version is limited to only one task, but it will be developed [as i started to coding it just yesterday in Lazarus from ground up..].

This version has few features.
- Tray friendly - It hides in DeskTray even if you close the application using close application button
- Starts application in user defined time [for example im using it to download my RSS via 'snownews -r']

About a name. Yeah, i know.. its kind.. uh, silly. Im thinking about changing it. We will see..
